Moving Center
From ChannelingWiki
The Moving center is your most direct link to your physicality. It is where conscious movement in your body originates. (Autonomic and instinctive movement such as breathing comes from the Instinctive Center). Skiing, dance, and sports are expressions of the moving center.
However, this is only part of it. All centers deal primarily with energy. Thus the moving center deals with the management and guidance of energy as it relates to the physical plane. This can be what is considered physical, but also can be considered Etheric; there are many elements of the Physical Plane that we do not perceive and are actually part of the physical plane, not the Astral Plane. Anger is usually part of the Moving Center, as is the energetic Aura. In very real way, it is the energetic field that the Aura is part of that emits a body, not the other way around.
Looking at the moving center in a more detailed way, you could say it is about managing patterns of energy that affect the Personality. When moving your body, there is a huge amount of information to process about balance, every muscle in your body, and the immediate response necessary to do every movement. If you had to think about movement and consciously move every muscle individually, you simply could not do it. Instead, patterns are formed in the moving center and you activate these patterns.
Working with the moving center involves working with these patterns, which can also be called habits. Changing habits is done through introspection of the moving center.
Those who are centered in the moving center tend to find their first impulse will be to act, as it is where their consciousness is focused.
The positive pole of the Moving Center is +Productive, an efficient use of energy towards the choices you make and your desire. The negative pole is -Frustrative, or using energy against itself, against your desire.
